Reading the Landscape: The Forested Landscape
2006

The July 15th session of Reading the Landscape 2006: The Forested Landscape featured basketmaker Nancy Stoneman and forester Byron Sailor at GLC’s Bammert Farm.

Participants hiked recently logged and recovering forests with forester Byron Sailor and basket maker Nancy Stoneman to understand ideas on sustainable forest practices. They then used split ash wood to make a woven wood ornament.
